How far in advance should I reserve my tent, tables, and chairs?
The earlier the better, especially for graduation season and peak wedding weekends in late spring and summer. We recommend reserving as soon as you have a date. A deposit holds your equipment, and we'll happily adjust quantities as your guest count firms up.
Do you deliver and set up the tent?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and tear down everything for you. Our team installs your tent, places your tables and chairs to your layout, and comes back to pack it all up after your event, so you never have to lift a thing.
What size tent do I need for my party?
It depends on your guest count and whether you want room for dining, a dance floor, or a buffet. As a rule of thumb, plan for about 10 to 12 square feet per guest for seated dining. Tell us your headcount and what you're hosting, and we'll recommend the right size and a custom layout at no charge.
